In this case study, I detail how I led my team in delivering a proof of concept for a hospital quality rating dashboard under a tight three-week deadline. This project required rapid research, design iteration, and validation with hospital administrators to ensure the product would provide actionable insights into how their quality ratings were calculated.

Virgin America, known for its unique rock star style and customer focused service, needed a comprehensive redesign of their website to address usability issues and improve conversion rates. In this case study, we look at two areas of the redesign that resulted in a 36% increase in revenue and earned the site an award for best Airline Website Redesign.
